As Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, we have prepared this Electronic Commercial Message Rules and Information Text in order to inform you about sending you commercial electronic messages and processing, storing and transferring your personal data within the scope of the Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”), the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETK”) and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and related legislation.

The identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) that you have shared with Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi will be used by Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi in marketing communications, if you give your consent, for sending electronic commercial messages through channels you have given your consent, including WhatsApp, instant/short message, telephone and e-mail, conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction, conducting marketing analysis studies, conducting advertising, campaign promotion processes, conducting marketing processes of products and services, creating campaigns aimed at customers, offering special opportunities to Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi customers by Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi business partners, determining the target audience, conducting activities that increase user experience by following customer movements, conducting direct and indirect marketing, personalized marketing and remarketing activities, conducting personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-house reporting activities, planning and executing market research, customer satisfaction activities, adapting the products and services offered by Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons. It will be processed based on the commercial electronic message approval condition in accordance with Article 6 of the ETC and on the legal basis of explicit consent in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, limited to the activity of sending electronic commercial messages, for the purposes of planning and executing the marketing processes of Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi's products and/or services in general, including the planning and executing of customer relations management processes, creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

You may withdraw your consent to the sending of electronic commercial messages at any time.

Your personal data will be used by Emgen Optik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi directly or through data processors, limited to the purposes specified above, and may be shared with our technological infrastructure suppliers.
